4. Account Registration and Security

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pewe4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through authorized payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly but may be subject to delays due to banking system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made through the same payment method used for deposits. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB) and within 24 hours outside business hours, subject to successful account verification. 5.4 Transaction Fees

pewe4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges, for which pewe4d is not responsible.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

pewe4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits must be wagered at least one time before withdrawal requests can be processed. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger additional verification procedures.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash and must meet wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

pewe4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a user is abusing or exploiting promotional offers. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include but are not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other behavior deemed to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

The pewe4d welcome bonus (100% match up to Rp 2,000,000) is available to new users making their first deposit. To qualify, the minimum deposit is Rp 100,000. The bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount. The bonus must be used within 30 days of activation. Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or canceled event, bets will be settled according to the official rules of the respective sports governing body. pewe4d reserves the right to void bets if we determine that the event outcome was influenced by irregular or fraudulent activity. For live in-play betting, slight delays in odds updates may occur; bets placed during these delays are subject to acceptance at pewe4d's discretion.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment that ensures fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are available in each game's information section. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error, incorrect game outcome, or software malfunction, pewe4d reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-bet balance.

7.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the respective sports governing bodies or game providers. Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be changed or canceled except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction). Settlement times vary by sport and game type. Disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised within 7 days of the event conclusion.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, false identification, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting discrepancies in odds across different platforms or markets to guarantee profit.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While pewe4d strives to maintain 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. We reserve the right to suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues beyond our control. pewe4d will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, including lost betting opportunities or inability to withdraw funds during maintenance periods.

9.2 Technical Errors

In the event of software malfunction, incorrect game payout, display error, or other technical issues, pewe4d reserves the right to void affected bets and restore affected accounts to their correct balance. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical errors on our platform or errors caused by user equipment, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service providers.

9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

pewe4d services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements, that they will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You assume all risk associated with the use of our services.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pewe4d, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your pewe4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account. pewe4d will process your withdrawal request subject to verification procedures and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10.2 Termination by pewe4d

pewe4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or suspicious betting patterns. Upon termination, pewe4d will return your account balance (excluding any bonus funds) after deducting any amounts owed to pewe4d. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pewe4d reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Where legal conflicts arise regarding Indonesian jurisdiction, users acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to regulatory restrictions in Indonesia.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of pewe4d services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
